Starting the SenderClient Software for the first time

Start the SenderClient Software.
The next step is to choose your camera in our software. You only have to do this when you do not see a video preview automatically.
Click on “Extras”, then “Options”. In the field “Capture options” you can choose your Capture device. Then click “OK”.
Now please click "ON/OFF"
Fill in your Sender login and your password which you got by email in the following window. The software will remember this data for you.

Then click "OK".
In the next window you can enter the following details:
* Your next time online.
* Allow entry for users using debit entry and creditcard.
* Allow entry for users using our dialer.
Please make sure that you confirm these two entries!!!
Please do not click "Allow cyberdildo control". This is only for future usage.

Now click "OK"
A window will pop up asking you if you want set your status to "vacant".

Click "yes" here to be marked as "vacant" in the chathost overview on the internet.
What to do when a user is calling

If you have a 0909- service-number from us and a user is calling you, he will ask you for a key.
You get this key by clicking the "Occupied" button. Now you are shown as "Occupied" on our website.
Ending the video connection

After finishing the telephone-call, you end up the video-connection with the caller by clicking the "Vacant" button. You are shown again as "Online" on our website.
Recording a video

You can also record short videos with this software !
If you want to do that, click on “Record”. The maximum length is 3 minutes per video. You can even record videos during sessions with customers.
You can see your videos in your chathost area on the server.
After your login on our website click “video gallery”. Provide a category and the contents of the video. When you press the “publish” button, the video will be available to the customers.
You will earn money if users watch your videos.
Disconnecting from the server

If you want to go offline, simply click the "ON/OFF" button.
Now you are shown as "Offline" on our website. Or your “next time online” will be displayed.
Adding and editing login data

To edit your chathost logins, please click "Extras" and then "chathost logins".

Here you can add, edit or delete the login data of your chathosts.
Setting the camera, language and font size
Via the menu "Extras", "Options" you get to the options window.
There you can change the language of the software and the font size of all texts. You may need that if you want
to use the software from a greater distance.
Among the options you can edit here, you can find the camera settings, too. You need to change these settings if the SenderClient software does not
find your camera automatically. Newer cameras are listed under "DirectX capture devices". All others are listed under "VfW Capture devices".
If you cannot find your camera at all or if you have problems with a DirectX camera, select "VfW Capture devices", and there choose "Microsoft WDM Image Capture (Win32)".
Then you can look for your camera if you press the "Source" button.
In case your camera has not been detected correctly, you can change it's settings here, too. As the (optional) configuration windows
behind the "Format" and "source" buttons are depending on your camera, we are not able to give any general help for that.
Setting the camera, language and font size
Via the menu "Extras", "Internet connection speed" you can adjust your transmission speed.
This adjustment optimizes the transmission according to your internet connection.
Set the speed that is closest to your real internet connection speed, or in doubt set it one level slower.
By clicking "Extras", "Phrases" in the menu, you open the "Phrases" window. There you can edit phrases
for each of your chathost logins. You can use those phrases during the chat by pressing the keys
F1 to F12 on your keyboard when the cursor is in the chat input field.
By pressing "save" you can save the changes to your phrases, and you can close the window with the "close" button.
"Userclient" or "cam to cam" instead of NetMeeting or yahoo messenger
As a replacement for NetMeeting or yahoo messenger, customers can use the UserClient software. When a customer is using
that software and he is chatting with you, you can recognize a UserClient customer by this icon:
In the contact list window there is a small tv symbol with the letters "UC" inside.
To watch the customer, double-click on his name. The UserClient symbol will change its color and a small window will open
which shows the customer.
If the customer calls you by phone, he needs the phone-Key not only to see you, he must enter exactly the same key into
his UserClient software.
Backup/Restore of Senderclient settings
Here you can save or restore the current settings of the senderclient software.
You can restore settings only with a SenderClient software that has the same version number.
The chat host area on the server
The chat host area on the server
To visit your chat host area on the server, press the button "Server" of your SenderClient software. Your chat host area on the server will show up in a fresh window of your web browser.
Under "News" you find news provided by your webmaster.
Here, you can also check whether one or more of your sub chat hosts have been blocked by the webmaster.
Uploading the catalog and setcard image
You can find this functionality under 'Preview images' in your chat host area on the server.
The catalog- and setcard images are visible to all visitors. That's why the images should be appropriate for people of 16 years+.
Please do only upload *.jpg images in the right sizes. All other images will be rendered black or squeezed or stretched.
You can enter your chathost area on the server by pressing the "Server" button.
The chathost area is the same you will see when you log in via the web site.
All relevant settings for your chathost account can be made here.
Messages from customers
You can find this functionality under 'Messages' in your chat host area on the server.
By pressing the "Disable messages" or "Enable messages" button, you can select whether you want to receive and answer messages from customers.
If you have activated this function, you can read the messages and respond to them or delete them here.
When responding to a message, you can see the customer's message in the top frame, and there is an empty frame for your response below it.
In order to send an image with your message, press the "Select file" button, and select a *.jpg image file locally from your computer.
After pressing the "Preview (and image upload )" Button, your image will be uploaded to the server. This can take some seconds, so please be patient. Afterwards, you can see your message with your picture as a preview.
If you like your message the way it is, click the "submit" button, and you will see the message list window again, and your message has been sent.
By the way: When a customer sends you a message, you receive an email notification about that. Click the link in the notification email, and you can write your response immediately.
Support
In case of problems with the senderclient Software, please check the following:
* Are you connected to the internet ? ( you may use your browser to surf to www.google.com )
* Do you use the correct chathost login data ?
* Is your camera set up okay ? Can you see your video ?
* Are you using a firewall software which denies network access to the senderclient software ?
* Please shut down and restart your computer, this has solved many problems so far...
